Return Policy
We follow a 14 Day Return Policy for your convenience and comfort. You can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods provided that the product is unused. Also ensure that the tags, boxes and other packaging are unopened and intact. We'll happily accept any products within 14 days from date of delivery if it doesn't meet your expectations. Your payment will be refunded to you once we have verified that the products returned are unused and in the same condition as delivered. If you've paid by card, a reverse payment on your card will be initiated and in case of any other mode of payment, a cheque will be issued in the name of customer registered with us.

Damaged Product-:
In the rare event of you receiving a package that is damaged, the quantity or no. of units of a product and delivered do not match, some item from your order is missing or any item is not as per the description provided on our website, then you might be eligible for a return/refund. You will be required to provide us snapshots of the product in the condition it was delivered or discuss details of the incorrect delivery with our customer service staff available at care@nutrition7.com or 0172-5151000 and our team after perusal of the matter, will initiate a reverse pickup and then deliver the correct order or refund as per your wishes.

Kindly take note that replacements of any product are subject to availability. Miscellaneous Reasons-:
For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product and Nutrition 7 holds no liability for any medical issue that may arise.

Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

  • 1. Damages due to misuse of product
  • 2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • 3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • 4. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • 5. Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • 6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered Some special rules for promotional offers may override Nutrition 7's 14 Day Returns Policy.

If your order qualifies for return/refund within the stipulated 14 day period, you can contact our staff at care@nutrition7.com or call us on 0172-5151000 and they will guide you through the process over phone or email.
